How fast will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. Large orders or heavy traffic times (holidays) may take a few days extra.
Embroidered orders take more time to produce and therefore are shipped within 2 weeks.
How do I care for my merchandise?
Machine wash: cold (max 30C or 90F); Non-chlorine: bleach as needed; Tumble dry: low heat; Iron, steam or dry: medium heat; Do not dryclean.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
All merchandise is made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an a printing or quality issue, we will be happy to remedy that within 30 days of purchase.
